When will my order ship?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours during weekdays.
What are my shipping options?
We offer USPS shipping methods.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We strive to process orders as fast as possible. Once the order is placed, we cannot cancel or change an order. In such case, you may return the item as stated in the return policy.
I received the wrong order; how do I process a return?
If an order is not as specified you may send us an email at weliveentertainmentgroup@gmail.com. All returns in original condition and packaging will be issued a full return upon receipt of merchandise.
Unworn and unopened merchandise may be returned in original packaging within 10 days of purchase. Shipping and handling will be paid by the buyer.
I am not satisfied with an item; how do I return it?
If you are not happy with your purchase, please send it back to the address on packaging within 10 days of delivery date with a return slip. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and as received.
Do you return shipping fees?
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
